In addition to standard business hours, we can offer evening and weekend services.

Mediation

We offer mediation in person on Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland and the Gulf Islands. While in person mediation is always our preference, we also offer mediation worldwide via video call.

Our hourly rate for mediation is $200 (plus GST). This rate includes all time spent on a matter after contracting, billed in 15 minute increments.

Mediations are typically booked for one full day, though multiple days may be required depending on the complexity of the matter and the willingness of the parties involved to work towards a resolution.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 (plus GST) per scheduled day of mediation is required.

Executive and Separation Coaching

We offer executive and separation coaching in person on Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland and the Gulf Islands. We prefer to work with coaching clients in person, but we also offer worldwide one on one coaching by video call.

Our hourly rate for coaching is $200 (plus GST).

Coaching is booked on an hourly basis. A deposit is not required.

Travel Billing

All travel time outside of Nanaimo, BC, is billed at half of our hourly rate, plus travel costs. Mileage is billed at the rate set by the Government of Canada, currently $0.68 per km.

Cancellations

For mediation, deposits are not refundable if cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled mediation date.

For coaching, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be billed in full.

Method of Payment

We accept payment by e-transfer or cheque. Our preferred method of payment is via e-transfer to: mediatenanaimo@gmail.com
